Refund policy

We sincerely hope you love your product. However, if you wish to place a return or an exchange, we’re happy to help!

We offer returns & exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date.  Returns and exchanges are accepted on unused unworn products in original packaging. 

STEPS FOR RETURNS: 

  1. First email us at info@lovediphda.com telling us about your return request. 
  2. Second, for qualifying returns, we will respond with a shipping label for you.
  3. Third, Package your return (please include original box if applicable) and place provided shipping label on package and ship out with designated carrier.
  4. Once we receive the returned item & determine that it is in an acceptable condition, we will refund your item. Refunds will be issued in the original payment form.

STEPS FOR EXCHANGES: 

  1. First please email us at info@lovediphda.com telling us about your exchange request, and we will confirm that we have the desired exchange item in-stock. If there are price discrepancies on exchanging items, we will coordinate payment with you. *Note that if there is a sale on an item that you are exchanging, we cannot retroact the cost for the new item. 
  2. Second, package your exchange (please include original box/bag if applicable) and place your purchased shipping label on package. Then ship out with your preferred carrier. *Note that DIPHDA is not responsible for any exchanges lost in the mail, so choose a carrier you trust. 
  3. Lastly, once we receive the item you wish to exchange, we will cover the shipping to send the new item to you.

    INTERNATIONAL REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES: They may be arranged if the customer assumes responsibility for all shipping costs and duty fees. Depending on your country's specific import laws you may be required to pay local duties and taxes and these fees are not included in your shipping cost. For more information, please contact your local customs office. We are not responsible for items held up at customs. Once your item leaves the U.S. customs, contact your local postal delivery service. We are not responsible for lost international orders. For greater security, choose a shipping service with international tracking.

    SALES/ PROMOTIONAL PRICES/ COUPON CODES: If you purchase an item and then it goes on sale, unfortunately we cannot retroactively give you the sales price. We appreciate your understanding that we are a small business who carefully calculates when we are able to put products on sale, and when we cannot. 

    SALE items are FINAL SALE: Any item purchased on sale is considered FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit including items sold at promotional discount.
