We offer free returns & exchanges on all U.S. domestic orders when claimed within 14 days of your order being delivered. Items must be in their original condition with all packaging intact. 

NOTE: Sale items are FINAL SALE. Returns will not be accepted.

International orders may be returned at your expense with the courier service of your choice.

Yes. Depending on your country's specific import laws you may be required to pay local duties and taxes and these fees are not included in your shipping cost. For more information, please contact your local customs office. We are not responsible for items held up at customs, and for lost items past the U.S. border. For greater security, choose a shipping service with International tracking.

Most orders will be shipped in 1-3 business days. Inquire for rush orders and for shipping times on custom items. Shipping times will vary depending on the carrier of your choice. Express shipment times vary depending on your service choice and location. We are not responsible for items held up in customs.
